At Above The Clouds Prints & Gifts, each item is carefully produced and packed with love. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

All items are made to order.

Please allow:

  • 2-5 working days for production

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)


UK Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched:

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods)


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on:

  • Order size

  • Delivery method chosen

Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly displayed on the site.


Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • Tracking details will be provided where available


Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Postal service disruption

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak periods (Christmas, sales, etc.)

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to address errors

If an item is returned to us, we can resend it (additional postage costs may apply).


Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will:
✔ Replace the item
✔ Or issue a refund


International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
(If you plan to in future, I can update this policy for you.)
